Service Agreement Statement

Hereby, the Service Level Agreement of the Portal of Sari University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources is announced:

• The portal of Sari University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources provides the possibility of submitting suggestions, complaints, and communicating with the university president through electronic services and by visiting the direct communication section with the university president on a full-time basis.
• The portal of Sari University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources provides the possibility of submitting suggestions, complaints, and communicating with university officials through electronic services and by visiting the communication section with university officials and selecting the relevant department on a full-time basis.
• The contact information of presidents, vice-presidents, and administrative directors is provided in the “Contact Us” section.
• The university portal is available to respected applicants around the clock and seven days a week, and in the event of any technical problems or deficiencies, users will be informed accordingly.
• The Service Desk Response Unit has been established to provide information and guidance to visitors regarding electronic and non-electronic services.
